Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
We accept online payments for purchases and your payment method will be charged as stated at the point of purchase. If you have selected a payment plan, your agree to the payment plan as stated at the point of purchase. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you select, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CCS and any and all of its representatives from any loss or damages incurred from any misrepresentation of the above. If Client’s card is declined, Company will notify Client. Company will attempt to collect payment three times and if all attempts fail, Campfire Christian Singles will terminate the agreement.
Communications & Content
All emails, videos, content posted, and any submitted material sent to the email addresses of CampfireChristianSingles.com or posted on our Website or FB Group become the property of Campfire Christian Singles. You agree that anything sent to CCS by you is something to which you own the rights, and that you grant CCS the rights to use.
Limitation of Liability: You agree to hold Campfire Christian Singles and any and all of its representatives harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any
kind arising from or related to the Site, content or related services, including but not limited to: (a) telephone, electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (b) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (c) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Campfire Christian Singles that may cause the Site or services to be disrupted or corrupted; (d) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of your use of the Site, content or related services. This includes any attorney’s fees and costs related to the defense of any claim related to Campfire Christian Singles or any of its products, services, or representatives.
